The Human Being
- Our Spirit is eternal and with it we contact God.
- Our Soul is eternal and with it we contact the world around us.
- Our Body is mortal and with it we contact the physical world.
Each of these areas of our Human Being require ministry at times. At Freedom Ministries International, we specialise in all three areas, focusing on the entire Human Being by paying special attention to the spirit, soul (mind, will and emotions) and body.
Our vision is to see you whole. We believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ is a message of well-being. When Jesus died on Calvary’s Cross, a tremendous price was paid for our salvation.
The word Salvation comes from the Greek word SOZO. This word means complete wholeness, wellbeing, deliverance, healing and salvation. It is a powerful word, and the Gospel writers used it specifically to describe what God does for people.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.”

This is a great promise. Nothing has changed. In the same way that Jesus brought Freedom Ministries International to people when He was on earth, He is doing the same now by the power of the Holy Spirit. In other words, you can be WHOLE!
As mentioned, each area of the human being, although connected, require specialised ministry. For example, someone who has suffered emotionally and is struggling with depression or fear is in need of ministry to the soul. It is here that we have specific ministry for this realm; bible-believing, Spirit-filled Christian psychologists who understand the complexities of the mind, will and emotions can minister and provide correct counselling for these needs. The same, of course, goes for those with needs in their Spirit, or their body.
